I'm in Fury of the Fallen now and my reason to leave/join you is that I want further raiding experience which is impossible to do where I belong to now.
I can join all the raids in announced time range, just maybe except of Sundays once or twice in a month. Besides, I'm nearly 18 hours online everyday (I know what are you thinking but no, I have life )

It's a common problem here. It depends which zone you are in and how far from Telekom base. Thus, luckily my latency is around 200-400 and never had major lag issues. Anyway I have paid YourFreedom in case of latency problems.
