I think it's the fact that we have 3 mages and that we don't think you are ready
and/or good enough to join our ranks, we are only looking for exceptional players to maybe replace those
that are less exceptional in our roster, and in my eyes you haven't proven to be that good.

But that's my opinion.

Pretty sure we won't decline you because of your age, if you've shown that your skill is enough (according to officers) then you'll probably get a trial spot.

This is... an impressive application... fo'sho.

Though I can't vouch for his performance I can vouch on him being a nice guy and the fact that he wants to learn how to raid properly. Would love if we could try him on a trial period atleast. And seeing as your gear isn't really up for like, heroic LK, you might only be on farm runs in the beginnin...
