I finally got the "second mail" mentioned in one of the posts above. However, when I go to my account-management (using the link in the mail, or via wow-europe.com), I get error messages when I click finalise. The error is reported as "payment rejected". Although I have now tried with 3 different credit cards from different banks (including the credit card I am using to pay for my WoW-subscription), I nevertheless keep getting the error.

I have contacted Blizzard support, but they are not exactly fast in responding.

I will call them on the phone later today, and see if I can get it sorted out.

This is truly frustrating, and not exactly a brilliant way of showing that I have high attendance and activity.

PS: I also tried logging on using a differnet computer with a different operating system, and with a different version of internet explorer, but that did not help. I am also quite limited in how many thing I can try, since I only have 3 attempts at payment per day, or my account will be blocked for 72 hours. As you can imagine I am not exactly thrilled about Blizzard right now.

Latest news is no news.

Yesteray I took the late afternoon off to go to France and have plenty of time to wait "on hold" on the phone. However, after I had been on hold for precisely 1 hour, Blizzard hung up! Yes, suddenly there was a "click" and then nothing...
About 10 minutes before that, the last time-estimate I got was that "waiting is estimated to be more than 30 minutes".

So, I am not going to waste any more time trying to call Blizzard by phone. So I am hoping that they at some point will answer the email (I filled out their web-support-form) I sent to them last wednesday.

I realise that you guys need a resto-shaman right now, and not some undefined time in the furture. It doesnt feel right to let the guild wait, so therefore I will not be upset if you recruit another resto-shaman if a good application comes along. If (when) Blizzard decides to bother with my problem, then I can ask whether you still need a resto-shaman, and we can figure things out from there. Does that sound reasonable to you guys?

Hehe, I just double-checked, and the automated reply I got from the support (to acknowledge that I sent a web-form) was from Blizzard Europe :)

I also check my "spam-box" for my emails to ensure the mails havent ended up there.

*shakes fist angrily at Blizzard*

Ok, this morning I finally got an answer from Blizzard, and they claim that they have fixed the problem (after 17 days of waiting :x ).

Before I finalise, I just want to make sure that you are still interested that I join?

Cheers,
Nugga
