Kazzier

Post by Kazzier »

Name: Jay
Country: England
Age: 21

Occupation: I currently work at a outdoor survivalist centre though i am looking into becoming a computer games designer as soon as my course is possible.

Freetime: WoW, socialising, bettering myself and theory craft with regards to classes and such in WoW......yer that doesnt make me sound like a nerd.....

Gear

http://eu.wowarmory.com/character-sheet ... &n=Kazzier

O.k, with regards to gear i cannot deny that i still have quite a distance to travel but my excuse for this is with the up comming expansion and the fact that i have had no real oppertunities to do any instances past BT (I have done BT afew times but always been unlucky with the rolls -.-)
My gear is more than capable of BT though im not sure about Sunwell yet since i have only been upto the first boss there. With regards to this i would not find it a problem to stand out of raids until level 80 when we are all around the same stand with equipment. Last thing i want is to slow progress down.

Mainspecc

O.k, here is where i make you all pull funny faces. Though there is method to my madness been a theory crafter and all

http://www.wowhead.com/?talent=LA0Izf0zZhxe0VVz0xRV
The idea behind this hybrid spec is that warriors since the last patch have come to waste alot of rage resulting in loss of dps and this spec allows a constant rage flow that is capable of attacking multiple targets at once therefore if used properly avoiding large amounts of threat while not sacrificing dps. This spec is also very self sufficiant as at level 80 i should be averaging a 47.60% crit chance with rampage and a 5% chance per hit to gain an extra attack with sword specialisation thus when added to more than one target i am be capable of excellent controlled dps.

Guilds

* I'd just like to point out i have been playing the game for around four years now *

LoKi - I was in this guild for about one year on the server Hellscream. I started as only a low level when i joined and worked my way through the levels / instances / raids and with time gained the rank of officer. This was a pro raiding guild which i personaly enjoyed, however after sometime myself and other members of LoKi moved to Lord of the Rings online. After reaching top level and becoming LoKi LotR guild master i started to miss WoW and came back only to find most of my friends from LoKi WoW had changed servers. So i decided to start a new Horde undead on DB.

Fist of Ruin - My first guild on DB was a medium sized guild that held great potential and like LoKi i gained rank as i did levels in the guild though after the guild master decided to move homes we came to a decision that it would be in advantage to merge with another guild.

Taur Nu Fuin - This is the guild that we merged with. An excellent guild to say the lest and i made many friends from here. Though sadly i came to miss raiding and looked elsewhere.

The Horde Watch / The Grip of Saul - I am currently in this guild but as the guild has swapped names over raiding has declined, though this may only be due to the expansion i decided to start looking into Ubiquity so i can start becoming slightly more hardcore again 8)

Raidexperience

Everything except end Sunwell. PvP-World included ^^. Oh and world dragons, they make for fun raids.

Why Ubi?

Well two reasons mostly. The first been that i want full end game raiding and Kazzier to become the best he can be. Why ?, because i find it fun and enjoyable.

The second reason is that i have played on many occasions with members of this guild and enjoy the atmosphere created. I know Alazor and have done for a short while now.

I know that your probably full on Dps warriors (So is every other guild) but after some thought i know that when the expansion comes out many dps will be turning towards Deathknight, especialy dps warriors because its a similar principle of class. Where as i shall not, my main focus has and always will be Kazzier.

What can I bring?

A dedicated player with a vast amount of knowlage about the game and theory crafting capabilities. My prof's are skinning (for the crit chance) and the other prof is still to be decided dependent upon the market at level 80. Im always willing to help out and i try to be as friendly as possible ^^

Who do I know in Ubi?

The only person i know well is Alazor. Though as i stated earlier i have instanced and played with many members of Ubi over time and all seem great people.

as long as deep wounds stack like the old rolling ignite
specs like those seem to be the best for dps i guess(at least so much arms you get deepwounds.)

Warriors of our gear are able to do 3200 deep wound TICKS ON AVERAGE on Brutalus :)

I agree to Ammeli, even if it looks odd, it can do some good (especially aoe) dps right now.

Not sure how it evolves with gear and levels towards wotlk, i think once the TG penalty is gone, such hybrids will die out on 80 : /

Its true that most warrior hybrids will die out when the expansion arrives. And if it proves that Fury or Arms has a better advantage than my current talents then i shall adapt and change to be the best i can be.

And i have to admit i do like deep wounds. Its like having a whole extra attack. ^^

Hello Kazzier and many thanks for the apply!

Its very hard for me to say yes or no at this point.
We are in the "planing phase" for Wotlk and we discuss what we need in Wotlk.

So i dont say Yes or No to your apply, i say, please wait for an answer until next week when i know further details.

I wish you the best until then!
