We have 4 good geared and active hunters already and your gear isnt so good for Ulduar25 hardmodes and ToTC Heroic yet.

P.S. Get your hunter hitcapped and agi gem is pure win for survival hunter.

You don`t need to be a hunter expert to see if someone sucks in game or not some small mistakes can be fixed.
For things like that we have trial status.
