I'm not really an expert on dps warriors, but it seems sort of bad to spend emblems on random pieces instead of buying tier pieces for the 4-piece bonus, especially using the gloves when they have no armor penetration and you already have more than enough hit to cap specials.

What I meant was that there are a limited number of slots, and that because of that it might not be possible to just recruit anyone with a good app, and thus that might be the subject of the officers' discussion.

Either way, it's up to our officers to decide. But to me nicking a large amount of gold and a few items just because you took over management for a while is quite far from acceptable behaviour, regadless of it being solved now.
