Ok, this morning I finally got an answer from Blizzard, and they claim that they have fixed the problem (after 17 days of waiting ).

Before I finalise, I just want to make sure that you are still interested that I join?

Hehe, I just double-checked, and the automated reply I got from the support (to acknowledge that I sent a web-form) was from Blizzard Europe

I also check my "spam-box" for my emails to ensure the mails havent ended up there.

*shakes fist angrily at Blizzard*

Latest news is no news. Yesteray I took the late afternoon off to go to France and have plenty of time to wait "on hold" on the phone. However, after I had been on hold for precisely 1 hour, Blizzard hung up! Yes, suddenly there was a "click" and then nothing... About 10 minutes ...

I finally got the "second mail" mentioned in one of the posts above. However, when I go to my account-management (using the link in the mail, or via wow-europe.com), I get error messages when I click finalise. The error is reported as "payment rejected". Although I have now tried...

My new name will most likely be "Nugga".

I started the transfer Sunday evening, but Blizzard has not yet completed the transfer, so I cant login.
